I visited the store this evening, to collect my glasses. I had phoned prior to my arrival as I was running slightly late. As soon as I arrived I noticed someone being served in the entrance. Despite this the store manager still made eye contact with me, greeted me and he knew who I was (from the phone call). I was asked to take a seat and told I will be served shortly. I was very impressed by the acknowledgment, greeting and customer service. I was then served in no time and the service was 1st class from start to finish. The manager even cared to talk about how my day had been. I want to congratulate the store manager for the service and courtesy they have showed. I will recommend this branch to everyone. I will definitely come back to this store only only!

This branch is busy and well-managed, and I'd say the two are connected. My three new sets of specs were ready on the appointed day and all fitted well - the time taken with measurements was well spent. Things can get a bit busy and crowded in-store, but overall I'm very happy with the results of my visits.

Very efficient friendly and knowledgeable eye-testing person latest equipment. Managers and staff do everything to make sure you get exactly what you want and need from a wide range of well-made frames. When coming back to collect and fit make sure everything is correct explain if anything is not right to come back and have put right! This service was also excellent a couple of years ago on my previous visit, after using a family-owned company for 20 years due to the retirement of owners. This company is more efficient if not better due to modernisation and has more staff to look after people quicker and open longer hours with no early closing working days.

Thank you so much, Graham, for your amazing service!!! I was trying to get fitted my glasses from Boots, but everywhere in boots, I always messed it up, ending in hurting my ears while still loose fit on my head. Graham was fabulous and helped me even though many people around and the glasses from a competitor. Graham made it perfectly fitting!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

Just went to Specsavers clapham Junction to transfer from a different store. Graham was so helpful and friendly with my request. My contacts had also gone to my old address so he ordered me some spares free of charge to tide me over. He went above and beyond and provided such amazing service!

Honestly a waste of time, need to be more clear that when booking a contact lens consultation appointment online the appointment itself is just a needs analysis questionnaire taken by the receptionist/assistant who will then get the optician to schedule a call (within a week) to go through that questionnaire and then book you in for a proper consultation. Really a waste of time. Travelling in two weeks and had wanted to just get this done and then purchase the contact lens themselves. This process needs some clarity as I had taken time off work to attend to this! Specsavers needs to do better. I managed to get to vision express and they did a whole consultation on initial appointment gave trial lenses to work through and even gave option of wanting to book in for tutorial - within 4 days I've been able to purchase my monthly's! Please do better and be more transparent in how your consultation appointments work. Who books and appointment to book an appointment?
